Baeksang Arts Awards is celebrating its 60th anniversary. The star-studded presenter’s lineup has finally been revealed. Along with new K-drama actors, last year’s winners will also be present at the event.
The event is a mode of celebration to honor the contents. This includes broadcast, cable, streaming TV content, theatres, and domestic films. For this year’s award ceremony, the productions released between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024, are on the list.
Baeksang Arts Awards unveils the starry lineup
Last year’s grand prize winners, Park Eun-Bin and director Park Chan-Wook, will feature as presenters. Other winners from last year, including Lee Sung-Min, Song Hye-Kyo, Ryu Jun-Yeol, and Byun Yo-Han, will reportedly present awards. They are going to take the stage in pairs. Moon Sang-Min, Roh Yoon-Seo, and Kim Si-Eun, who were awarded Best New Actors, will also feature this year as presenters.
However, Jinyoung, who enlisted in military service, will be missing from the event. However, actors of the upcoming K-dramas like Jang Ki-Yong and Chun Woo-Hee from The Atypical Family or Lee Junho of Cashero and others will be present at the Baeksang Arts Awards.
Shin Ha-Kyun will present at the award ceremony with Lee Min-Jung. They are reuniting after featuring in 2013’s SBS drama All About My Romance. This will definitely be one of the highlights at the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards. Other actors, including Ha Ji Seong and Gil Hae Yeon, will also be a part of the event. As reported in My Daily, Kim Min Su, Jung Jae Hyun, and Lee Yong Joo of “Psick Show” will be presenting awards.
Park Bo-Gum, Shin Dong-Yup and Bae Suzy are going to host the show. The 60th Baeksang Arts Awards will feature a lot of reunions. The ceremony will be held on May 7 at 5 p.m. KST at the COEX Hall D. It will air on JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4. Stay tuned.
