SBS dropped a set of pictures of Kwon Yul’s character from the upcoming K-drama Connection. Directed by Kim Moon-Kyo and penned by Lee Hyun, it is a thriller drama starring Ji Sung and Jeon Mi-Do in the lead.
The narrative delves into Jang Jae-Kyung’s (Ji Sung) life story. Being an ace detective of the Narcotics team, in a certain turn of events, he becomes an addict himself. On the other hand, Jeon Mi-Do plays Oh Yoon-Jin, a straightforward and responsible reporter for the Economic Daily.
Connection K-drama photos highlight Kwon Yul’s character
Kwon Yul plays Park Tae-Jin in the drama Connection. And recently, SBS shared a series of pictures of Kwon Yul highlighting his character details on their Instagram handle.
In the pictures, Kwon Yul exudes calmly and composedly, wearing a black blazer, a white shirt, and a black tie. Even though he gives a stern, cold expression, a worrisome look hovers around his face in the last two pictures. This leaves the viewers with quite a lot of suspicion about his character. Even though there is not much information about his character, Tae-Jin, it seems like he is a prosecutor.
Recently, Jeon Mi-Do talked about her character in an interview with SBS Entertainment. She said, “A more realistic character than anyone else who honestly reveals her desires.” Adding to it, Mi-Do shared, “Please watch why Oh Yun-jin had no choice but to be like that and how she changes.”
However, Kwon Yul, Ji Sung, and Jeon Mi-Do’s characters intertwine and will be shown in the drama Connection. The viewers are quite excited to see their chemistry onscreen and to know what secret every character holds.
Don’t forget to stream Connection when it airs. It is scheduled to premiere on May 24, 2024, at 10 p.m. KST on SBS.
