Mission: Yozakura Family Episode 2 recap
Episode 2 starts with Taiyo waking up to find Kyoichiro standing there with a knife, trying to kill him. He jumps out and questions Kyoichiro, but the latter tells him it’s just basic training and starts stretching him with his spider webs. However, he is stopped by Mutsumi, who enters the room to give him his lunch.
Kyoichiro then chases them out as he finds a bomb in the house. He explains Mutsumi’s real identity and reveals the Yozakura Family’s mission to Taiyo. Kyoichiro informs him of the threat that has been made to Mutsuri by a serial bomber promising to use three bombs to finish her. The one in his house is the first of three. After several false alarms, he passes out and is taken to an office to recuperate.
He and Mutsumi spend time together, discussing their marriage and happiness. However, their joy is short-lived as Asano finds the bomb on the ceiling and protects both of them. Noticing a pattern, he finds the third bomb on his shirt; without thinking, he jumps out the window. However, he is saved by Kyoichiro, who tells him he can always count on the family. The episode ends with Kyoichiro and the rest of the family returning the bomb to the criminal.
