Soo-Ji and Woo-Ri Episode 5: What happens when Kang Byul gets invited to dinner with the chief director of the broadcasting station
The episode begins with Soo-Ji having a showdown with Chae Woo-Ri. While they are blaming each other, another doctor intervenes to stop them. Soon, they realize their mistake and apologize for how they were behaving. In another scene, Woo-Ri gets called in for a patient, and he handles him with intelligence and care. But in the process, he hurts his back. Afterward, as soon as he tries to get into the bed in the call-in room, he gets kicked by Soo-Ji. Soo-Ji was already in the same bed, and in defense, she hurt him badly. After this, Woo-Ri isn’t able to walk at all.
In this drama, Hahm Eun-Jung‘s character, Jin Soo-Ji, was raised by another family after her mother abandoned her. Her sister, Jin Na-Young (Kang Byul), is an aspiring news anchor. In episode 5, Na-Young gets invited to a dinner with the chief director of the broadcasting station. During the dinner meeting, the chief director tries to sexually harass Na-Young. However, somehow, Soo-Ji sees it and comes to the Karaoke to get her out of the mess. But from the scene, the viewers learn that the sisters don’t share a good relationship.
On the other hand, after learning about Woo-Ri’s (Baek Sung-Hyun) condition, Soo-Ji asks him to rest while she covers his part of the job as an apology. But he wants something else. He wants to have a meal with her, and as soon as he asks her about it, she turns it down. But from this, viewers can imagine that love might bloom between them soon.
