Momochi House Episode 9 Recap
The episode starts with Aoi practicing his spells. He worries after learning that Himari and her friends went to Kagome Park.
Meanwhile, Himari explores the park with her friends. However, they are interrupted by a voice reciting an awkward poem. They find the person singing the song, revealing it to be Senoo. Senoo says he just wanted to fake a story.
On their way home, Hidaka says there might be some truth to the stories surrounding Kagome Park, but he can’t remember. He then offers to walk her home, claiming he got lost on the way.
As they walked, they heard a voice singing about Kagome; suddenly, Senoo appeared and trapped her with dark flares. Aoi arrived and transformed into Nue, but Himawari begged him not to attack Senoo. Aoi used his spell to get rid of the spirit, but before it vanished, the spirit claimed it knew him.
Later, Himari puts the ayakashi to sleep; Aoi then hugs her, asking her to put him to sleep, too. Just as they were about to kiss, the spirit of Kogome, who appeared to be Nachi, interrupted them. The episode ends with Nachi trapping Ise and Yukari, with Aoi unable to transform.
