Popular K-drama Flex X Cop will air its much-awaited episodes this week after the delay due to the Lunar Year celebrations. Episodes 5 and 6 of the series will release on Friday, February 16, and Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 10 p.m. KST on SBS. The episodes will also be available to stream on Disney Plus.
The series follows the story of an arrogant chaebol heir, Jin Yi-Soo (Ahn Bo-Hyun), who becomes a cop overnight. He collaborates with team leader Lee Kang-Hyun (Park Ji-Hyun) and the rest of the team to solve cases.
Although fans will be able to tune in to the highly awaited Flex X Cop episodes this week, the network announced a special treat for the viewers. This week, Ahn Bo-Hyun will reunite with his See You in My 19th Life co-star Ha Yoon-Kyung. The duo played childhood friends in the series and became famous for their brother-sister-like bond. This reunion has only left fans excited for the upcoming episodes.
Ha Yoon-Kyung to appear as Ahn Bo-Hyun’s ex-girlfriend in Flex X Cop
On Thursday, February 15, 2024, SBS released pictures of Ahn Bo-Hyun and Ha Yoon-Kyung together, confirming that the latter will be making a cameo appearance in Flex X Cop. The two previously worked together in the tvN K-drama See You in My 19th Life. The series revolves around a woman named Ban Ji-Eum (Shin Hye-Sun), who could remember her past 18 lives. While looking to reconnect with people from the past, she meets Moon Seo-Ha (Ahn Bo-Hyun), whom she met in her 18th life.
Ha Yoon-Kyung plays Yoon Cho-Won, Ji-Eum’s sister in the 18th life. Even with Ji-Eum gone, she still kept in touch with Seo-Ha and cared for him like a sibling. Viewers loved the bond between the two as they shared a sibling-like bond throughout the series. With their reunion in Flex X Cop, fans eagerly await to see the two on screen together.
As per a XSports News report, Ha Yoon-Kyun will appear in episodes 6, 7, and 8 of Flex X Cop. The report further stated that the two showcased perfect chemistry, just like when they worked in See You in My 19th Life. Ha Yoon-Kyun will play the role of Ahn Bo-Hyun’s ex-girlfriend in Flex X Cop. It will be interesting to see how their story unfolds, and what crucial role would she play amid the current storyline. It is possible that she might have a connection to the cases that the team, including Jin Yi-Soo, solves.
