Dakota Johnson was a huge fan of the iconic comedy sitcom The Office, and got to appear in the show’s finale. However, it was a move that she says ended up being not as fun as she’d hoped.
During a recent appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Johnson detailed how ecstatic she was to get a role on the series’ finale, which aired in 2013, with the Madame Web star professing her love for the show.
“I loved that show so much and they were like, ‘Do you want to be in the series finale?’ and I was like, ‘Of course,’ thinking that I’d show up for, like, half a day,” Johnson said. “I was there for two weeks, and I’m barely in the f—ng show.”
Johnson didn’t do much but send faxes
On top of not being in the show for that long of a time, Johnson also joked that being around the stars wasn’t the incredible time she had hoped for.
“They were sad and also there were weird dynamics that had been going on for the last 10 years,” said Johnson. “And I’m coming in like, ‘So excited to be here!’ No one wanted to talk to me.
“I was in the background of all of these scenes, faxing things.”
