KBS recently released the Love Song for Illusion episode 12 trailer, starring Park Ji-Hoon and Hong Ye-Ji. The K-drama tells the story of a king and his alter personality who love the same woman.
In episode 11, King Sajo Hyeong’s throne is in danger after a rumor spreads in town. A plague strikes the kingdom and the villagers believe it is because of the “haunted king.” Meanwhile, Shaman Cheong-Ta tricks Ak-Hee and sends him to his subconscious world, where Sajo Hyeong is paralyzed.
The trailer of Love Song for Illusion episode 12 features Yeon Wol striking a deal with the enemy to save the King.

Love Song for Illusion episode 12 trailer begins with Park Ji-Hoon’s Sajo Hyeong asking wounded Ak-Hee to open his eyes. Both are paralyzed due to Shaman Cheong-Ta. The latter disappeared in the previous episode, leaving Yeon Wol with no choice.
Therefore, she seeks Prince Ga Ron of Jinhoi’s help. Although she knows he is not a reasonable person, Hong Ye-Ji’s character does not have much time. Queen Geum-Hwa and the Head Minister plan to take advantage of King Sajo Hyeong’s paralyzed condition to bear a child. Going by the trailer, Yeon Wol learns the truth and makes desperate efforts to help save the king.
The video further shows Hwang Hee’s Sajo Yung has been released from prison. Shaman Cheong-Ta appears in support of him. Sajo Yung makes his move as he says, “We must get rid of the haunted king taking up space in the chamber.”
The episode 12 trailer ends with Yeon Wol visiting Sajo Hyeong’s subconscious mind and trying to pull out the knife from Ak-Hee’s shoulder.
