Disney+ has debuted a new Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 3 trailer and poster for the final installment in the animated Star Wars series.
The new trailer provides fans with a release date for the third season, revealing that it will debut with three episodes on Disney+ on Wednesday, February 21, followed by weekly episode releases until May 1. The video also features a few recognizable Star Wars characters outside of the titular crew, including Emperor Palpatine, Asajj Ventress, and the bounty hunter Cad Bane.

“In the epic final season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch, the Batch will have their limits tested in the fight to reunite with Omega as she faces challenges of her own inside a remote Imperial science lab,” reads the season’s synopsis. “With the group fractured and facing threats from all directions, they will have to seek out unexpected allies, embark on dangerous missions, and muster everything they have learned to free themselves from the Empire.”
Star Wars: The Bad Batch hails from executive producer Dave Filoni, who has been an integral force in the Star Wars universe this past decade due to his work on multiple Star Wars animated shows, such as The Clone Wars, Rebels, and Stars Wars Resistance, as well as in the live-action series The Mandalorian.

It features the voices of Dee Bradley Baker as Hunter/ Wrecker/ Tech/ Crosshair/ Echo, Michelle Ang as Omega, Rhea Perlman, Noshir Dalal, Liam O’Brien, Gwendoline Yeo, Bob Bergen, Stephen Stanton, and more.
The series is executive produced by Athena Portillo, Brad Rau, Jennifer Corbett, and Carrie Beck, with Josh Rimes set as a producer. Rau is also serving as a supervising director, with Corbett as head writer.
