What were the Taylor Swift-themed food items on the Buffalo Bills menu?

The Taylor Swift-themed food items on the Buffalo Bills menu were the Bad Blood fries and the Karma Quesadilla.

Delaware North, the food service partner of the Buffalo Bills has partnered up with Highmark Stadium, where the match between the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills will take place to prepare two food dishes named after two of Taylor Swift’s noted songs: The Bad Blood Fries and the Karma Quesadilla.

The Bad Blood Fries, named after Taylor Swift’s song “Bad Blood” from her 2014 album 1989, are as described by Delaware North, a two-foot display of spiced waffle fries that features each city’s culinary specialty. Half of the fries are topped with Buffalo chicken and blue cheese while the other half are topped with Kansas City Cattleman’s barbeque pork, coleslaw and bread-and-butter-pickles.

The Karma Quesadilla, named after Swift’s song “Karma” from her 2022 album Midnights, is described by Delaware North as a dish comprised of chicken tenders, bacon, and cilantro ranch in a triple-stacked quesadilla that is topped with pork-belly chaser.
