What is Imu’s Devil Fruit in One Piece?
There isn’t much revealed regarding Imu’s powers and abilities in One Piece yet. However, Oda likes to tease his fans with little glimpses now and then.
Imu has been portrayed as possessing a power that allows controlling arrows. These arrows could be something they produce from their own body or the tail of the creature they turn into. We saw how potent this tail can be when Imu tried to murder Cobra. It was strong enough to pierce through anyone. This also suggests that the pointy tail that is shaped like an arrow could belong to the creature that Imu transformed into. Fans also noticed how damaged Sabo was, which can imply how mighty this creature might be, which is likely a Zoan and highly overpowered.
Another ability is highly related to their Devil Fruit, or as it seems like. Fans got a more intricate look at Imu’s face when Sabo attacked them. Their eyes were visible even though nothing resided on their face except pure darkness. Their eyes were intense enough to make it appear like a monster. They opened their jaw while fighting Sabo’s fire, and it was similar to a devil. Imu opened their door wide open and consumed Sabo’s fire. Not many Devil Fruit sit right with the description of Imu’s abilities. One can narrow it down to another Hito Hito no Mi version. For Imu, it is most likely that the Devil Fruit they possess is the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Akuma. Being the ultimate villain of the series, it is a given circumstance that Imu will have a very overpowered Devil Fruit ability that could be at par with Luffy. Considering he is the embodiment of the Sun God that liberates people, then Imu will be evil and enslave people. The metaphorical relevance shows how great of an author Eiichiro Oda is.
