It raised some eyebrows among fans, but quite many of them supported his affinity to the Green House of Hogwarts. Since his interview, Chalamet has been fan-cast for multiple roles in the wizarding world. Many even wish to see him in the upcoming Harry Potter live-action series remake on MAX. But Regulus Black is the name that has popped up quite a few times concerning him.

Multiple fans of the Dune star believe that Timothee Chalamet is “Regulus Black reincarnate.” For those uninitiated, Regulus Black was a pure-blood English Wizard who was born in 1961. He joined Hogwarts in 1972, getting added to House Slytherin.
During his time in the Wizarding school, he became a Death Eater and learned about one of Voldemort’s Horcruxes. He decided to demolish it but got killed in 1979 after getting his hands on Salazar Slytherin’s locket.
Now, it’ll be interesting to see whether Timothee Chalamet gets cast as Regulus Black if the character were to be added to the Harry Potter series.
