Night Has Come episode 10 debuted on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, on Viki and U+ Mobile TV. Directed by Lim Dae-Woong, the K-drama follows a group of high school students who are forced to play a real-life “mafia” game. Kim Woo-Seok and Lee Jae-In play the main characters—Kim Joon-Hee and Lee Yoon-Seo—in the ongoing series.
Viewers of Night Has Come are curious to know about the tenth episode, especially after episode 9 ended with Na-Hee, the police officer in the game, revealing So-Mi’s identity as a mafia in front of other students. Episode 10 sees all the remaining students voting for So-Mi as the mafia, leading to the game executing her.
Night Has Come episode 10: So Mi gets executed by the remaining students
Night Has Come episode 10 begins from where the previous episode ended. After Na-Hee reveals herself as the police officer, she discloses So-Mi’s identity as one of the mafia in the game. The remaining students feel somewhat betrayed by So-Mi, so they do not hesitate to cast a vote for her as the mafia.
Despite So-Mi’s pleadings, they all end up voting for her, after which the game declares her execution. She is left alone in the hall area of the building and walks up to the white statue of a girl who looks like Park Se-Eun, the student who ended her life after being bullied. So-Mi dies at the bottom of the statue.
In episode 10 of Night Has Come, the next morning sees the students learning that Na-Hee, who was the police officer, is dead. Na-Hee was aware that the remaining mafia would try to kill her as she may know their identity. So, she planned with Joon-Hee to catch the mafia red-handed this time.
After waking up in the morning, Joon-Hee rushes to see Na Hee and finds her dead body. He is heartbroken by her death. However, he immediately acts on the plan they made together the previous night. It turns out that whoever the mafia is will have neon marks on their shoes as Joon-Hee had spread glow-in-the-dark powder all over the bathroom floor where Na-Hee was staying at night.
Joon-Hee finds pink neon marks on Choi Mi-Na’s shoes. However, she is not a mafia but a civilian. She begs everyone to believe her, but due to the marks, the remaining students suspect her to be the mafia. Later on, Yoon-Seo finds the killer’s blood in the bathroom. She informs Joon-Hee about that. Together, they come up with a plan to deceive the mafia by planting fake evidence.
At the end of Night Has Come episode 10, both Jin Da-Bum, who is the real mafia, and Nam Yeon-Woo come under suspicion. Da-Bum rushes to check the fake evidence and Yoon-Seo and Joon-Hee catch him. In the meantime, Choi Mi-Na and Oh Jung-Won find out that Nam Yeon-Woo has an injury, following which the students begin suspecting them. The episode ends without revealing about the next execution.
