There is a flashback of Yuji and their group discussing about fighting Sukuna. Kusakabe talks about how they need to pick who’s going to join the fight. Kusakabe mentions that Miwa can’t join because of the Binding Vow she made in Shibuya, so she’ll never get to use her katana again.
For their plan with Kenjaku, the objective is to catch him off guard and Yuta will finish him off. This was only if Gojo lost. It is then expected that Yuta will come back after finishing Kenjaku. Meanwhile, Kamo apologizes, saying he can’t join the mission because he wants to look after his family. Kusakabe then says that those who can use the Reverse Curse Technique or anyone who’s ready to die will join. Otherwise, they’ll act as support.
Yuji attempts to convince Kamo to stay by saying he’ll learn a lot from him since Choso sucks at teaching. Higuruma thinks Kashimo will lose, so Higuruma decides to fight Sukuna. Higuruma explains that he’ll fight using the death penalty, but Kusakabe wonders if Higuruma will surely get the death penalty for Sukuna. Yuji says it depends on which Judgeman will pick, and Higuruma can’t pick that.
Higuruma lists down all the crimes Sukuna has done so far, which includes what he did to Yuji, Megumi, and the events in Shibuya. However, the Judgeman in Higuruma’s Cursed Technique picks up one crime at a time and the penalty is also charged one at a time. They continue discussing what other crimes they could charge against Sukuna. It would also be difficult to charge Sukuna for his crimes from 1000 years ago because of modern law.
Higuruma also isn’t sure which of Sukuna’s Cursed Techniques will get taken away. Yuji then says there’s a possible way to ensure Sukuna’s death sentence.
In the fight, Mei Mei’s crows are useless against Sukuna. Higuruma’s hammer ruins Sukuna’s stance and Yuji sends some debris towards Sukuna. Yuji punches Sukuna and Sukuna wonders why his entire body shook for a moment.
Higuruma then opens his Domain against Sukuna. There’s a flashback to Yuji saying they can use their previous trial and use it against Sukuna since they can add that he was the one behind the mass murders in Shibuya.
The trial against Sukuna and Yuji begins. Judgeman says Yuji is a suspect of mass murder in Shibuya but Higuruma defends Yuji, saying he didn’t kill anyone. He then proceeds to say “the true criminal is…”
The series will be on break next week.
