Perfectly Kelsey Pumel announces daughter Kobe’s dad’s death on TikTok
On Monday, October 23, Perfectly Kelsey announced in a TikTok post that her ex and the father of her daughter Kobe, Devin Williams, had died.
In the video, we see a teary-eyed Kelsey saying, “Kobe’s dad died. So we’ve had a bit of a rough day. I am not ready to speak on what happened.”
She continued:
“I did everything right so [Kobe] wouldn’t have any trauma and he just left her with a lifetime full of it.”
Confirmed by SNBC (via The Thaiger), Kobe’s dad, Devin, was the victim of a fatal shooting incident on Monday, October 23, 2023. He was found dead of a gunshot wound, with the incident taking place at a house in the 5900 block of Riva Ridge Drive. It is situated north of the Thompson Road and Arlington Avenue crossroads in Indianapolis.
It was initially reported to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, but Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Information Officer Samone Burris confirmed that someone else was involved, who has now been detained.
Burris stated: “One person has been detained, and IMPD is not actively looking for additional people. Investigators believe all involved parties have been identified.”

Devin Williams is Perfectly Kelsey’s ex and the father of her daughter, Kobe.
While Perfectly Kelsey is popular for her comedy and lip-sync videos on TikTok, having over 2 million followers, not much is known about her ex. He was born in Indianapolis on June 15, 1995, and studied at Logansport High School. He worked in the construction industry and died at the age of 28. But Kelsey has mostly kept Devin Williams private, while only sharing positive stories about him in the past.
