A Sign of Affection is getting its anime TV adaptation, and a brand new promo video was released revealing additional cast and staff members. The new cast members include Takeo Ōtsuka as Ōshi Ashioki, Ryota Ohsaka as Kyōya Nagi, and Kaede Hondo as Rin Fujishiro.

A Sign of Affection release date on Crunchyroll
The anime is scheduled for release in January 2024 in Japan and around the world. However, on November 19, 2023, Crunchyroll is officially debuting the show at the Anime NYC event.
