Migration‘s streaming release date is highly anticipated, and viewers are wondering when they can start streaming the animated film.

When is the predicted Migration streaming release date?
The Migration theatrical release date is December 22, 2023. Thus, fans can expect the film to drop on streaming by February 2024.
The speculated February 2024 streaming release date for Migration is because Universal Pictures tends to put its films on streaming platforms 45 days after their exclusive theatrical runs.
Migration will follow a group of mallards who try to convince their overprotective father to take them on a vacation of a lifetime where they attempt to migrate from New England through New York City to Jamaica.
The voice talent of Migration includes Kumail Nanjiani as Mack Mallard, Elizabeth Banks as Pam Mallard, Caspar Jennings as Dax Mallard, Carol Kane as Erin, Danny DeVito as Uncle Dan, and Tresi Gazal as Gwen Mallard. Other voice talents in the film include Awkwafina, Keegan Michael-Key, and David Mitchell.
Is Migration coming out on streaming?
Migration will jump back and forth between streaming platforms. It will first be available to watch via streaming on Peacock for the first four months, then move to Netflix for the next ten months and then go back to Peacock for the remaining four.
The reason for this is that Netflix signed an 18-month deal with Universal to bring Migration and several other Universal films to the streaming platform.
Current Netflix and Peacock subscribers will be able to watch Migration when it drops on the streaming platforms. A standard ad-supported Netflix subscription costs $6.99 a month while a standard ad-free Netflix subscription costs $15.49 a month and an ad-free Netflix premium subscription costs $19.99 a month. An ad-supported Peacock subscription costs $6 a month/$60 a year and an ad-free Peacock subscription costs $12 a month/$120 a year.
Migration’s official synopsis reads:
“After a migrating duck family alights on their pond with thrilling tales of far-flung places, the Mallard family embarks on a family road trip, via New York City, to tropical Jamaica.”
