Actor Simon Pegg has revealed his favorite movie in the Cornetto trilogy.
Pegg has garnered a lot of fame in his acting career for his roles in franchises like Star Trek, Star Wars, and Mission: Impossible. However, one crowning achievement in his career is his three collaborations with director Edgar Wright in the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy. This trilogy consists of the zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead, the action comedy Hot Fuzz, and the sci-fi comedy The World’s End.
He recently shared which movie of the three is his favorite. “You know, my favorite of the Cornetto trilogy is The World’s End because it’s the least audience-friendly,” Pegg told DiscussingFilm. “It’s the darkest of the three. It’s the most challenging, and I love the idea of actually putting the audience in a position where they have to feel a little bit uncomfortable and not necessarily cozy into the familiar.”
What is the new Simon Pegg movie?
Pegg’s latest movie is Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, where he reprises his role as Benji Dunn. He has portrayed the character in the action spy series since Mission: Impossible III in 2006.
