After AMC ended The Walking Dead in 2022 with season 11, it greenlit a spinoff based on two beloved characters from the original series: Maggie and Negan. Lauren Cohan and Jeffrey Dean Morgan reprised their roles as former enemies who have formed an unlikely alliance in a new journey.
In Dead City, Maggie needs Negan’s help to rescue her son Hershel from a zombie-infested city. The series consists of six episodes in total, and its finale will air on July 23, 2023.
