Katie Holmes is a sweet gun-toting elementary school teacher with a taste for vigilante justice in the trailer for thriller Miss Meadows, where she’s described as a “Pulp Fiction Mary Poppins.”
Here’s the synopsis: Miss Meadows is a school teacher with impeccable manners and grace. However, underneath the candy-sweet exterior hides a ruthless gun-toting vigilante who takes it upon herself to right the wrongs in the world by whatever means necessary. For Miss Meadows, bad behavior is simply unforgivable.
Besides Holmes as the titular psychotic, Miss Meadows also stars James Badge Dale (Iron Man 3), Callan Mulvey (Captain America: The Winter Soldier) and Stephen Bishop (Battleship), and is written and directed by Karen Leigh Hopkins. It arrives in theatres and On Demand November 14th.
