“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” is getting a new cast member, and it’s a character previously mentioned in conversation. Zap2It brings word this afternoon that “White Collar” star Tim Dekay has joined the series as Senator Maynard Ward, the older brother of Brett Dalton’s Agent Grant Ward. Ward previously mentioned his abusive older brother in ab episode of the series and now we’ll get to see just how nasty he is. Dekay will make his debut on the series in the sixth episode of Season 2, titled “A Fractured Rose.”
The Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. cast includes Clark Gregg as fan favorite Phil Coulson, along with Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Agent Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz and Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons.
