On the heels of yesterday’s cover reveal, Empire has debuted six new stills from Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film Interstellar which you can check out below. In addition, stars Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway spoke to the outlet about the film.
“This is the grandest adventure I think any of us will ever see on film,” McConaughey said. “This is the biggest film I’ve ever been a part of. This is one of the biggest films anyone’s ever been a part of.”
“I am so excited for the world to receive this film, because there’s going to be a new conversation I believe will happen because of it,” Hathaway agreed. “It’s not a dry, science-based film. It has a pulse. It’s got blood in its veins.”
The November issue of Empire containing the full interview hits newstands on September 25th.
Interstellar chronicles the adventures of a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.
Opening in theaters and IMAX on November 7, Interstellar stars Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Ellen Burstyn, John Lithgow, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck, Wes Bentley, Bill Irwin, Mackenzie Foy, Topher Grace and David Gyasi.
