Who We Are: A Chronicle of Racism in America Clip Looks at Killing of Eric Garner

ComingSoon is debuting a clip from the upcoming documentary Who We Are: A Chronicle of Racism in America that looks at the killing of Eric Garner. The film is out today on digital, Blu-ray, and DVD. It is directed by Emily Kunstler and Sarah Kunstler, and written by Jeffery Robinson.

“Interweaving lecture, personal anecdotes, interviews, and shocking revelations, criminal defense and civil rights lawyer Jeffery Robinson draws a stark timeline of anti-Black racism in the United States, from slavery to the modern myth of a post-racial America,” says the synopsis. “In Who We Are: A Chronicle of Racism in America, Robinson faces his largest audience, asking all of us to examine who we are, where we come from, and who we want to be.”

The Sony Pictures Entertainment documentary runs for 117 minutes and is rated PG-13 for thematic content, disturbing images, violence, and strong language – all involving racism.
