First Look at Netflix’s Kanye West Documentary Jeen-Yuhs

Netflix revealed its first look at the Kanye West documentary Jeen-Yuhs during today’s Tudum fan event.

The Jeen-Yuhs clip shows Mos Def and West rapping their verses from “Two Words” from West’s classic debut album College Dropout. It’s a preview of some of the behind-the-scenes footage we’ll see from the artist, who most recently released Donda.

The documentary spans over twenty years and features never-before-seen of the musician and fashion icon. The multi-part docuseries is being helmed by Clarence Simmons and Chike Ozah, who directed the third music video for “Jesus Walks” and “Through the Wire.” They previously did the ESPN 30 for 30 doc Benji and did A Kid From Coney Island that chronicles Stephon Marbury.

No release date was given but it is said to be “coming soon.”
