Funimation has announced that the Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc will stream later this year. This will serve as the second season of the popular anime from Aniplex of America ufotable.

The news comes shortly after Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train was also made available for streaming on Funimation. No exact release information for the second season of Demon Slayer has been revealed yet, but Funimation did note that it would be available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand when it launches.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba began as a manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020. The anime television adaptation aired between April and September 2019. Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train is a direct sequel to the film. The anime is also being adapted into a video game titled Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles.
