This comes after an announcement by the development studio back in April that the game would be making its way to the Nintendo console. Previously, thatgamecompany worked on the extremely popular games Flower and Journey, before launching Sky: Children of the Light on mobile devices. Now, though, the game is ready to make its way to a bigger platform and will be doing so with a brand new season as well.
Alongside the Nintendo Switch announcement, the newest season for Sky: Children of the Light was shown off to be a collaboration with The Little Prince, the iconic property based on the Novella by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Seasons in Sky: Children of the Light are free-to-start, so players will be able to dive in and experience some of the collaboration before deciding whether or not they want to pick up the full season.
