Arrow Season 6 trailer and new cast confirmed!

The CW has released the Arrow Season 6 trailer and dropped some huge casting news at the San Diego Comic-Con. In addition to the return of fan-favorite guest star David Nykl (who plays Oliver Queen’s friend/mentor/nemesis, Anatoly Knyazev), the series can look forward to the addition of a landmark actor from the genre series world: Lost star Michael Emerson. Michael Emerson will join the series in the recurring role of an unnamed mystery character that has yet to be announced.

Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, John Barrowman as Malcom Merlyn, with Paul Blackthorne as Detective Lance. The series is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg and Sarah Schechter.

Arrow, which formerly aired Wednesday nights at 8:00pm ET/PT on The CW, will move to Thursday nights at 9:00pm ET/PT when season six premieres October 12.
