Look to the future with Netflix’s just released House of Cards season four trailer
Netflix has just brought online the full House of Cards season four trailer! All 13 episodes are set to hit the streaming service on Friday, March 4.
“Frank and Claire continue their pursuit for power,” reads the fourth season’s brief official synopsis, “battling everyone in their way, including each other.”
Starring two-time Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey, the third season saw Francis (Spacey) and Claire (Robin Wright) Underwood continue their ruthless rise to power as threats mount on all fronts. It also introduced new recurring characters, including Kim Dickens (Gone Girl, The Blind Side) and Jenna Stern (16 Blocks, Hitch).
Based on the BBC miniseries of the same name, House of Cards is executive produced by David Fincher, Joshua Donen, Beau Willimon, Kevin Spacey, Dana Brunetti, John David Coles and Eric Roth. The one-hour drama is produced by Donen/Fincher/Roth and Trigger Street Productions, Inc. in association with Media Rights Capital for Netflix.
If you haven’t already checked it out, be sure to visit Netflix’s viral website for the new season at FU2016.com. The “in universe” site teases Frank Underwood’s fictional Presidential campaign.
“Progress. Forward Momentum. Getting things done,” says Kevin Spacey’s Underwood. “These are my mottos. I have no patience for useless things – like political gridlock and stagnation. And neither should you. Join me. Let’s roll up our sleeves together. Let’s plow through the stubborn and smallminded and send Washington a message loud and clear.”
