Principal photography is officially underway today in Bangkok, Thailand today on All I See Is You, an upcoming psychological thriller starring Blake Lively (The Age of Adaline, The Town) and Jason Clarke (Terminator Genisys, Zero Dark Thirty). Marc Forster (Monster’s Ball,World War Z) is directing from an original screenplay written by himself and Sean Conway.
The film follows Gina (Lively) and her husband, James (Clarke), living in Bangkok, Thailand, where they moved for James’ job. Blind for most of her life, Gina depends on James to be her eyes. When Gina gets a corneal transplant, life changes dramatically, allowing her to see their relationship in a new light.
“The story is told through Gina’s point of view,” says Forster. “It’s as if there are two worlds and scripts melting into one – the one Gina sees in her mind and the real world she is living in. Jason and Blake could not be more perfect for these roles and I am thrilled they are doing this movie.”
All I See Is You also stars Ahna O’Reilly, Wes Chatham, June Diane Raphael, Danny Huston and Miguel Fernandez. The behind-the-scenes creative team includes director of photography Matthias Koenigswieser, production designer Jennifer Williams, costume designer Frank Fleming and editor, Hughes Winborne.
